Enjoy golden hour on the South West Coast Path between St Agnes and Perranporth, Cornwall. Wildflowers move in the wind on the cliff tops as herring gulls, Cornish choughs and oystercatchers call above the constant sound of the Atlantic Ocean.

The sounds and view were so dramatic we decided to stay longer than normal and record about an hour of the scene.

The full video is on YouTube and is ideal for background focus or sleep preparation but be warned that during the last half an hour the seagulls get very noisy!
Hope you enjoy the video 🦡
