What began as a grey, unpromising evening turned into one of our favourite field recordings. The sun dipped below the clouds casting a golden light on the water with coastal flowers adding another splash of colour and gulls soaring along the cliffs on their journey home for the night.
We’ve just come back from a week in Weymouth, staying in a house right beside the harbour. It was February, so the weather was as changeable as you’d expect, a mix of moody skies, hazy sunshine and the occasional strong wind.
We’ve just released a new soundscape recorded on the cliffs near Godrevy Head, Cornwall. We were almost dangling the microphone over the edge for this one!
